Stephen and Emma Moyle arrived Boulder 1904. 1910 they began farming at Upper Kalgan. Stephen also operated the Albany pumping station at Two People's Bay. Moyle Road was named in his honour and the Kalgan family homestead chimney has been heritage listed. They finally settled in Lockyer Avenue, Albany.
