Sponsered by WA missionary society for Upper Middle Swan, WA. Within 3 years St Marys Middle Swan and all saints in Upper Swan were built no other church buildings in Perth or Fremantle at that time. Services held in court house. Worked in Upper Sean 20 years - appointed chaplaincy of convicts in Perth. Lived in Perth deanery until his death in 1870.
