Joined the 12th regiment of Foot. Was present at the Eureka Stockade. Saw action in New Zealand. Retired army 18--, remained in WA. Joined Police Force for 13 years. Charged and found guilty of manslaughter 1879. Dismissed from Force 1879. Labourer until death 1900.
