  • William and Lucy are my great-great grandparents. They married on 7 January 1871,when Lucy was just 14. They had 8 children, Richard, George, Mary (my great-grandmother),Lucy, Ellen, Frances, William and Phoebe. The second youngest (William) died in infancy and is buried with Lucy in Memorial Park Albany. Lucy was just 30 when she passed away on 11 February 1887, less than 2 months after giving birth to Phoebe on 25 December 1886. The picture of Lucy's headstone was taken on 6 January 2018.
