Worked in the timber industry south of the State especially Nannup and Sussex Mill and Cullitys Mill, Picton. Bought 100 acres of bush which he developed into a dairy farm in Dardanup, Waterloo area. Married Nellie Saligari in 1930's. 6 Children - David, Kevin, Diana, Julie, Susanne, Robert.
