Read their story

Lucija travelled to Australia with her sons Ivan & Mihovil. Her husband Mate had left in 1926 to start a new life for them in Australian & her eldest son Mate aged 11 had left in 1931 to join his father. The family were reunited in 1933. Lucija & Mate had a son, Tony who was born at the family vineyard, Vignacourt.
