After a 30 day trip from Genova, Italy Zisis arrived in Fremantle. He then made his way to Sydney to meet his wife Helena who flew into Sydney from Czechoslovakia. Zisis and Helena returned to Perth where they settled. They had one son, Chris, who married Joelie and produced grandsons James and Matthew.
