Read their story

Giuseppe (Joe) Magaraggia arrived in Fremantle in 1952, an Italian post war migrant starting a new life under contract to the Government. His bride by proxy marriage, Elvira, joined Joe a year later. The family settled in Perth after working in various wheat belt towns in the South West.
