Read their story

Became ill in 1922 when the family originally planned to immigrate to Canada with neighbors/ friends. Originally walked to Karnup school on arrival but her condition deteriorated and eventually became housebound. Meningitis set off spastic dysphasia - mind active, body paralysed.
