Wife and 2 children arrived from Wales in May 1925. Moved to Northcliffe as part of group settlement scheme until 1929. Spent 2 years in Moora. Returned to Fremantle and employment with State Shipping Service. His many years at sea were interspersed with a few land based occupations.
