Arrived alone at Fremantle with no friends, no relations, no job, no place to stay and five pounds UK currency. Stayed at YMCA for 2 months. Did casual jobs until getting enough money for a deposit for a motorbike and an apartment. There were hard times but it was the best decision of my life.
