The youngest of six children of Domenico Lorenti and Anna Bova. WW2 service in North Africa 11/6/1940, 10th Italian Army. POW mainly Scotland, 23/1/1941 till 23/4/1946. Rejoined wife Immacolata Valenti in 1946. Son Giuseppe Domenico was born 16/3/1947. Became unsettled and emigrated to Australia.
