Geoffrey's right arm and hand seriously wounded WW1, necessitating profession change from Industrial Chemist to Carpenter. Brother-In-Law offered employment in WA thus enabling a new life to be undertaken for himself and pregnant wife.

  • I'm just starting research into my 3 year old grand-daughter's family history and wondered if the brother in law may have been James Herbert Thorogood who married Marjorie Kate Llandwarne and lived in Victoria Park after emigration c1925. Any family history would be appreciated.
