Daughter of William and Leah (Wood) Lindop. Son John M Gilmour. Spent years travelling north in Thames truck with second husband, prospector Athol Stanley Hilditch, discoverer of Mt Whaleback iron ore Deposits. Mt Ella and Mt Hilditch near Newman in the Pilbara named after them. Lived latter years in Sydney.
