Theo & Maria Linden decided to leave family & a familiar lifestyle in Holland to emigrate to the land of opportunity. Dad was 45 & Mum 40. They had no English but did have 5 children - 9 years to 6 months. Sponsorship to Northcliffe meant a job in the timber mills with a house. This had a woodstove and an outhouse. We thank them for their courage and vision.
