Henri came to Moora in 1951, and in 1953 married local girl Roma Keamy (daughter of Tom & Eva). They had three children: Dirk, Karen & Michael. Henri and family moved to Coolbellup in 1967 where he continued his occupation as a carpenter and enjoyed his long-time membership of South Fremantle Football Club.
