Arrived in Fremantle as a 3 year old with his parents. Served in the RAAF during WW2, with time in Darwin during the Japanese bombing. Contributed with distinction for many years in the St John's Ambulance Assoc. Lived in Como from 1947 with wife Dorothy and daughters Diane and Cheryl.
