Born 1890 in Poland (under Russian occupation). Conscripted to Russian Army and was stationed in Siberia. Married Jozefa Lashek. In 1921 returned to Poland. 1940 arrested by Soviets. Was sent to Communist concentration camp in Krasnoyarsk. After release, went through Iran & Africa. Had two daughters.
