After a time at the Nunawadding Hostel, the family settled in the Heidelberg region. Paddy, a fitter & turner, worked at Fishermans Bend & retired from C.I.G aged 65. Mary worked for the Austin Hospital retiring aged 60. They had 3 more children - John, Patrick and Patricia (now known as Triona).
