Served in Great War, on return settled Bayswater, met Alma Roberts, married 1922 had 5 children. Moved to Jarrahdale. Secured work with Forestry Dept. Secured Soldier Settlement Block during this time which he cleared & worked in his spare time until he retired, then fultime.
