Came to Australia due to Dorothy's ill health. Nominated out by Oriel Smith of Northcliffe. They were a foundation member of Bunbury Musical Comedy Group. Dorothy, an artist, returned to teaching in 1963 in Bunbury. Julie became a teacher and married a farmer.
