John Jeffreys married in Australia to Anne McKay. They raised four children John, Mary, Jim and Robert. Settled first in Clackline as a wood cutter, then moving to the Pilbara as a prospector, finally becoming proprietor of Marble Bar General store. He then retired to Kalbarri.
