Munitions worker at Woolwich Arsenal stood down after war, took up conjuring to support family. Due to depression and ill health migrated to Australia as group settlers. In 1932 they were the last to leave Grp 68 moved to Grp 66 and later to another Baldivis property still occupied by descendants.
