The Ivers family initially came to Fremantle, Australia in view of starting a brick factory. The belief was there was not enough clay. Ralph Owen Ivers married Hazel Alice Hatch and had four children (Trevor, Colin, Dennis and Stephen) and 12 great grandchildren.
