After first arriving in Fremantle, the Irving family moved to Queensland (sponsored by a dairy farmer). After 2 years, they bought their own property at Eagleby near Beenleigh. Today, Derek & Maureen live in Brisbane. Jeanette & Patricia moved to WA in 1964.
