Departed June 1950 arrived 1st August 1950 at Port Melbourne. Boarded bus and taken to Yallourn, fed at Sec canteen then taken to a wee house at Newbourgh. Graham worked as a carpenter for Sec whilst Betty awaited the birth of their 1st child a girl born at Yallourn hospital 8/1/1951.
