  • Pat was part of my childhood in Wallasey. We used to live next door to the Wensley family and I spent many hours there as her younger sister was my best friend. We were both bridesmaids at her very grand wedding to Paul. She would have been a wonderful nurse and I was always in awe of her which no doubt influenced my decision to train as a nurse in later years.

    Wonderful memories

  • My mother was so sad when my sister Pat left, she thought she would never see her grandchildren again, but in later years paid many happy visits to W.A.
