James, Grace, Rosemary and Michael Huckins emigrated from Falmouth, Cornwall, England. On arrival in Western Australia four years were spent at Bruce Rock before moving to South Perth. James, Shipwright and Carpenter, was employed by the State Electricity Commission until retirement 1974. James and Grace then relocated to Bentley Park.
