Spirit of adventure and desire for better life was the motivation for Bjorn's journey. A successful carpenter/joiner, he formed his own business working on the St George's House, Palace Hotel, Weld Club, Exchange Plaza and The Terraces. Married Margaret 1966, stepfather to Francine, father to Rolf and Leif. Naturalised 1975.
