John Hollingshead appointed first state organiser of the Muscular Dystrophy Association of WA and later Administrator of Australian Neuromuscular Research Institute. Rotary International Governor 1989/90. Established the mobile clinic for cataract surgery, Bali, and the John Fawcett Foundation. OAM in 2000.
