Patrick joined 33rd Regiment. Wounded at the battle of Alma, Crimea. Joined the Enrolled Prisoner Guard. Arrived with convicts 1862. Farmed at Bootenal, naming his farm ALMA. Three sons were childless. Two daughters. One Mary Jane married James Stones. I am descended from that union.
