Richard served in the RAF in the Middle East for 4 years during WWII. Enlisted in the RAAF and posted to RAAF Base Pearce in 1952/3. Married Cecile Baptiste in 1962. 1 son, David, and three Grand sons. Employed by State Public Service after RAAF.
