Frederick Horatio Heywood came to Greenbushes as part of the Cattrick Soldier Settlement. His family with him were, Clare (19), George (13) and Herbert (11) from the first marriage. Thomas (5) and Patricia (3) were from his second marriage to Elizabeth (38), his second marriage. Frederick was also proprietor of the Shamrock Hotel in Greenbushes.
