My mother Joan, was an ex P.O.W. from "Changi" who was born & bred in Singapore. My dad followed two years later & my brother Richard was already a boarder at "Christ Church Grammar School". Maureen married Richard Wakefield whose family migrated from Burma in 1946. Had two sons, Bradley (b. 18/04/1970) and Vaughan (b. 26/11/1973).
