Walter, a Steam Engineer, and family came to Australia under the Group Settlement Scheme with the hope of becoming farmers, when the scheme didn't work he moved the family to South Perth and worked for Westfarmers 6WF Radio productions and early broadcasting.

  • I worked with bernard in the mid to late 1960s. He was an amazing person. Visited the family home on the foreshore of South Perth. He was a steam freak. He was the worst chain-smoker I have ever met. His father developed early automatation for movie and drive-in theatres. They were a family of great inventors.Where are you now?
