There were few job opportunities at the time in Ireland. Dad tossed a coin between Australia & USA. Australia won. Dad soon went to UWA (upon arrival) & completed a BA-Dip Ed, teaching mainly English Literature at Bunbury High School. Married a Fremantle girl Rosemary Lee, and raised 4 daughters & 1 son.
