Enlisted 1916 3rd DAC. Served in France & Belgium & was at the Somme. Discharged 1919. Worked for Unbehaune & Johnson narking and intsalling lifts in Perth. Married Miriam Cecil Hardy. Two sons Frederic William (served WWII in Ttimor), John Leslie (served in Korea). Eventually farmed at East Ballidu, WA.
