Margeurite Griffiths, nee Saemann, arrived from Switzerland in 1929. She married in 1931 & raised five children. Throughout her life she was a successful seamstress having lifetime clients until well into her 80's. She is approaching 99, is much loved & continues to be an inspiration to all who know her.
