In January 1952 Caroline (born Scotland) brought children Valerie (b19/07/42), twins Penny & Alan (b02/05/44) from Ceylon for their education at MLC and Scotch College. Each Christmas rejoined father Ian (office manager born Scotland) in Colombo. 1956 whole family settled in Cottesloe. Valerie m. John Cavill. Penny m. Richard Fayle. Alan m. Susan Castello. Ian 1908-1979, Caroline 1908-1997.
