Frane worked as a woodcutter on the Woodline, Kurrawang. Married his fiancee Zorka Ban from Croatia in 1936. They later moved to Boulder. Worked in the Boulder Powerhouse & later as a miner. They retired to Dianella. Zorka passed away 1966 & Frane in 2002 at the age of 98. They had 3 children, Valrna, Han (lived 6 weeks) and Gerry.
