Migrated to Australia age 12. Attended Highgate Primary, then Mt Lawley SHS. Started boxing age 15, became Singapore champion in 1969, won 45/49 Bouts. In 1982 married Harvey girl Pina Di Blasi, have 4 children, Tony, Sam, Carla, Sarah. Currently operates successful tree service company in Lesmurdie.
