Margaret 'Bothwell' Gyde (dec. 21/09/1974), mother of Jeanne Gilbert (nee Gyde) was a descendant of Mary Queen of Scots. Hence 'Bothwell' was Margaret Gyde's middle name, tradition dictating that every female child will posess the name 'Bothwell'. This tradition ended when Jeanne was born. Jeanne and Eric Cecil Gilbert's children were Christina Mary Frances Gilbert (dec. 08/03/2005), Antoinette Lucy Ann Gilbert, Michael Dominic Peter Gilbert, Marion Margaret Louise Gilbert (Dec. 06/02/1995).
