Went to work as a miner in Mt Magnet at Hill 50 (for 10 years). Married and had 2 girls. Returned to Perth to work in the steel industry, Brisbane & Wundercich Clay Pipes and Modular Metals. Volunteered for the Italian Pensioner Assoc. (ENASCO) for 10 years. Has 3 grandchildren now.
