Read their story

Leonardo departed from homeland of Italy in October 1948. He joined his father Modesto who previously settled in Fremantle in 1921. Family from fishing background & this continued in Fremantle. 10 years later Leonardo brought his future wife Maria to Australia. She arrived in April 1958 aboard the Neptunia. They raised 5 children together.
