Eva and Patrick arrived Fremantle on the Asturias on about 21 January 1948 having left Bombay 14 days earlier. On arrival took a tour with a taxi driver - Perth and back to boat. Arrived Melbourne station pier met by brother Harry on the even of Australia Day
