Edith migrated on advice from brother John Partridge 'White Rocks' Brunswick Junction. He arranged purchase of land & construction of house (Talbot Hobbs) 'Shenfield'. 4 children accompanied Edith. Alice & Henry died without children. Stephen m Mabel Mitchell and their decendents still farm “Grendan” Donnybrook.

  • The name of the property in Donnybrook which is still owned by the Fry family is called Crendon, not Grendan.
