The Frosts migrated under the IRO scheme as 'New Australians' and embraced life here enthusiastically as such. The Anna Salen was destined for Melbourne, but was re-routed to Perth due to Migrant quota numbers, arriving on New Year's Eve. The Frosts decided to make WA their home.
