Michelangleo was already a cabinet maker at 16 years of age. He moved to Busselton in 1957 & met a local girl, Loraine Torrent. They married in1960. Michelangelo became a registered builder (No 3000) in 1970 BSN. He was a top soccer player in Busselton & Bunbury . Has 4 children.
