Yoka Franich arrived Fremantle 10/12/1935 as the fiancee of Josip Radonich whom she married at St Jeromes Church Spearwood on 11/1/36. Yoka and Josip had land in Spearwood and planted a vineyard. Together they raised 3 sons: Ivan, Yure and Boris. They later turned the vineyard into a market garden (veges). They both became Australian citizens.
