Timothy Foley arrived in Western Australia from Ireland in 1920. Gained work as a Milk Vendor, later the Proprietor of Shamrock Dairy, North Perth. He married Catherine Joyce in 1926 and raised five children. His latter working life was Bar Manager at Victpria Hotel, James Street, West Perth.
